The UPS Healthcare^® Lablink complete digital dashboard is now available on the UPS customer portal for labs using UPS^® Pickup Point locations. The platform brings together self-serve tools that let users link specimen IDs to shipments, activate UPS^® Premier Gold service labels, view enhanced shipment history, and print return service labels from one place.

UPS Healthcare has announced that its enhanced UPS Healthcare Lablink digital dashboard on UPS.com is now complete with the release of Print Return Label and Enhanced History. The platform includes a set of capabilities designed to improve visibility and streamline specimen management across the shipping process:

• Link specimen(s) to shipment: Collection sites can connect specimen IDs to UPS 1Z tracking numbers for each lab shipment, either manually or through file upload. This gives central labs better shipment visibility and helps support staffing and equipment planning.
• Activate UPS Premier Gold service: Both central lab and collection sites can self-activate UPS Premier Gold tags for eligible shipments. UPS Premier service supports priority handling, live monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation for critical packages. Customers must have an active UPS Premier contract or enable the service.
• Print UPS Return^® labels: Collection sites can generate return shipment labels directly through the UPS Healthcare Lablink dashboard, helping improve speed, flexibility, and visibility.
• Enhanced History Log: Both central labs and collection sites can view shipment status, including open, completed, and delayed shipments.

With these capabilities now live, the UPS Healthcare Lablink dashboard offers a more connected, self-serve experience for labs and clinics.
