Being at home for your deliveries doesn't always work out. We get it. That's why we partner with local businesses to offer a safe place for you to collect your packages at times that suit your schedule: the UPS Access Point™ network.
If you're expecting a package, but you've missed the first attempt at delivery, you have options.
The UPS InfoNotice® lets you know that we tried but were unable to deliver your package.
Using your UPS InfoNotice, you can reschedule the delivery of your package. Just log in to ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking field on the ups.com homepage or the Tracking page.
With either of these options, you can request one of the following:
Or you can choose to have UPS attempt another delivery – we will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third delivery attempt your package may be returned to the sender.
UPS tracking solutions show the progress of your shipment every step of the way, across town or around the world.
UPS Access Point™ offers the flexibility to collect parcels at UPS locations and
designated local businesses for your convenience.
