You can easily view your company's shipping history. Depending on your administrative level, you can access the shipping history for your entire company or a particular location. You may sort this information based on categories you specify, such as user name, locations or reference numbers (client/matter numbers, cost codes or purchase order numbers). This section reviews how this detailed shipment information may be viewed or exported, then saved and opened in a program of your choice.
Shipping information remains available for retrieval for 90 days. You can download detailed shipping information for any time period you specify up to 90 days. If the system cannot handle an export request at the time of the request, a query is created that can be selected and viewed for up to seven days.
Note: Your administrative authority may be restricted to view only, export only, or both. Administrators can view or export shipping information through the shipping history area of the Shipping section.
