Pick-up services in Korea have resumed, following labor action that took place over November 14 and 15, 2019. Service delays are expected for shipments to and from Korea until normal service resumes.

Due to Typhoon Hagibis, service delays may be expected for express shipments to and from certain areas in Japan.
Pickup and delivery services may be delayed in the following postal areas until further notice:
