In order to keep offering the reliable service our customers have come to expect, UPS will add one additional scheduled day in transit to and from areas in Italy. The shipments impacted are Domestic Express, Domestic Express Saver, Domestic Standard, Transborder Standard, Worldwide Standard, and Worldwide Expedited.
This impacts deliveries to and from the majority of postal codes in the following areas:
Bari, Barletta-Andria-Trani, Bolzano, Brindisi, Cagliari, Campobasso, Catania, Chieti, Enna, Foggia, Forli-Cesena, Genova, Gorizia, Grosseto, Imperia, Isernia, L’aquila, Lecce, Matera, Messina, Modena, Nuoro, Ogliastra, Olbia-Tempo, Oristano, Perugia, Pescara, Pordenone, Potenza, Ragusa, Ravenna, Sassari, Savona, Siena, Siracusa, Sud, Sardegna, Taranto, Teramo, Trento, Triste and Udine.
The postcodes impacted are: 06XXX-09XXX, 16XXX - 18XXX, 33XXX - 34XXX, 38XXX - 39XXX, 41XXX, 47XXX - 48XXX, 53XXX, 58XXX, 60XXX, 64XXX - 67XXX, 70XXX - 76XXX, 85XXX - 86XXX, 94XXX - 98XXX.
The additional scheduled day in transit for deliveries to these areas is effective 10 May. The additional scheduled day in transit for shipments originating from these areas is effective 17 May.
