Summary (Last Updated: 20/12/2021; 6:04) Service impacts related to Coronavirus
Due to the closure of most non-essential retail locations until 14 January, some deliveries may be impacted.
UPS will attempt to verify if a delivery location is closed before returning a parcel to sender. UPS tracking tools will indicate if a parcel is being returned due to a location being closed.
Due to enhanced pandemic safety protocols and containment measures, temporary service adjustments may impact shipments to and from certain countries in the Asia Pacific region.
