You'll need one of the following forms of identification to collect your package from a UPS Access Point location:

  • Option 1: Present a valid, government-issued ID, such as a driving licence, passport, or a foreign, national or military ID. The full name or address (including flat number, if applicable) on the ID must match the full name or address on the package's Ship to label.

  • Option 2: Present a valid, government-issued ID that matches the full address (including flat number, if applicable) on the package's Ship to label.

  • Option 3: Present a valid, government-issued ID and a utility bill (for example: water, electric, phone or similar) addressed to the full address (including flat number, if applicable) on the package's Ship to label.

  • Option 4: Present a valid government-issued ID and an official notification (from the shipper or UPS) that provides the shipment/order details for the package (this should include the recipient's name, shipper's name, UPS Access Point location's address and tracking number). The notification can be printed out or provided on a smartphone.
