Setting Up Your Thermal Printer
Before setting up your thermal printer, make sure that your printer is supported for UPS shipping using the compatible printers list above.
For Chrome, Safari, Edge and other supported browsers:
- Install the UPS thermal printer driver from the list of drivers below or from the manufacturer's website.
- Install the UPS Thermal Printing app.
- Install your thermal printer.
- When printing a label, select your printer and ensure that pop-ups are not blocked.
Note: To run the UPS Thermal Printer App, you'll need to have a current version of Java. You can check your version at https://www.java.com.
