In an effort to provide you with the latest tools, we’re retiring your Quantum View Manage account and updating your tracking capabilities to UPS My Choice® for Business. Rest assured, we’ve made sure that UPS My Choice for Business can meet all of your shipment visibility needs before the update begins on 7/24/2026.
Here are some details to keep in mind throughout this transition:
- This process is automatic and requires no action on your part.
- We’ll begin updating your shipping account to include UPS My Choice for Business on 7/24/2026. Once the account update is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email with information about UPS My Choice for Business and your account credentials.
- Once UPS My Choice for Business has been added to your account, you will be able to access both Quantum View Manage and UPS My Choice for Business for 45 days while shipping data transfers.
- Access to Quantum View Manage will be removed at the end of the 45-day period.
UPS is closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and using established contingency plans to manage our operations safely and efficiently.
