I Need to Change a UPS Delivery I am Receiving

You can request delivery changes under different circumstances:

  • BEFORE the 1st delivery attempt:

  1. Reschedule delivery - Hold the shipment for delivery on a future date (within 10 business days)
  2. Pick up at a UPS Facility - Receiver can request to hold the shipment for pickup at a UPS facility

  • AFTER the 1st delivery attempt:

  1. Deliver to another address but, still to the same receiver - Reroute the shipment to a new address
