Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yorkville University with CCLP, CCS and CTCS designations. She currently sits on the Canadian Border Customs Consultative Committees (BCCCs) with the Customs Border Services Agency.

Tim has 35 years of experience in transportation, logistics and customs brokerage in both Canada and the US. Tim is a licensed US customs broker and also maintains CCS and CTCS designations in Canada. Tim holds an MBA from the Jacobs School of Business at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
