Temporary Service Adjustments in Hong Kong SAR due to Public Holidays

In view of the upcoming Good Friday, the Day Following Good Friday, Ching Ming Festival and Easter Monday public holidays in Hong Kong SAR, temporary service adjustments will be put in place. Please see below for more information:

Customer Service

  • Lai Chi Kok Service Centre will be unavailable from April 3 to April 7, 2026.
  • Customer Service Hotline will be unavailable on April 7, 2026.
  • Customer Service Hotline will be available on April 3, 4 and 6, 2026, for pre-arranged pickup bookings only.

Pickup Service

Regular Shipments: Pickup service will only be available for pre-arranged shipments made by the respective local cut-off times below:

  • April 3, 2026: By 6:15 PM on April 2, 2026
  • April 4, 2026: By 6:15 PM on April 3, 2026
  • April 6, 2026: By 6:15 PM on April 4, 2026
  • April 7, 2026: By 6:15 PM on April 6, 2026

International Dangerous Goods (IDG): For approved IDG account holders, pre-arranged pickup arrangements must be made by the respective local cut-off times below:

  • April 3, 2026: Non-pre-approved customer by 2:00 PM, and pre-approved customer by 4:00 PM on April 2, 2026
  • April 4, 2026: Non -pre-approved customer by 2:00 PM, and pre-approved customer by 4:00 PM on April 3, 2026
  • April 6, 2026: Non -pre-approved customer by 2:00 PM, and pre-approved customer by 4:00 PM on April 4, 2026
  • April 7, 2026: Non -pre-approved customer by 2:00 PM, and pre-approved customer by 4:00 PM on April 6, 2026

UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Service Shipments: Pickup service for UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday and UPS Worldwide Express Freight® services will only be available for pre-arranged shipments made by the respective local cut-off times below:

  • April 3, 2026: By 4 PM on April 2, 2026
  • April 4, 2026: By 4 PM on April 3, 2026
  • April 6, 2026: By 4 PM on April 4, 2026
  • April 7, 2026: By 4 PM on April 6, 2026

Delivery Service

  • Unavailable from April 3 to 8, 2026.
