Temporary Service Adjustments in Hong Kong SAR due to Labor Day Holiday

In view of the Labor Day public holiday in Hong Kong SAR, temporary service adjustments will be put in place on May 1, 2026. Please refer to the details below for information on service availability for express shipments.

Customer Service

  • Lai Chi Kok Service Centre and Customer Service will be closed.

Pickup Service

  • Customers requiring shipment pickup are advised to arrange pickup via the local Customer Service hotline by 6:15 PM on April 30, 2026 (local time).
  • Approved International Dangerous Goods (IDG) account holders should submit pickup requests via email by 2:00 PM on April 30, 2026 (local time).
  • Pre‑approved IDG account holders should submit pickup requests via email by 4:00 PM on April 30, 2026 (local time).
  • Pickups for UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday and UPS Worldwide Express Freight® shipments must be pre‑arranged by 4:00 PM on April 30, 2026 (local time).

Delivery Service

  • Delivery services will be unavailable on May 1 and May 2, 2026.
