See what options you have to reroute, hold or cancel the delivery on your parcel so we can deliver it when and where you need it.
You can reroute or reschedule parcels* online when you create a UPS.com profile and enable UPS My Choice®.
Log in to UPS.com to view your My Choice dashboard.
Click on “Delivery Options.” If you don’t see “Delivery Options,” the shipper has restricted this option.
Reroute your parcel to a different location or change the delivery date.
*Sometimes, shippers restrict change delivery options based on parcel contents. For shipments like prescription medication, perishable items or high-value merchandise, the sender may require the delivery be made only to your address or require your signature.
Please note: Changing the delivery address of your parcel could delay your scheduled delivery date. In addition, transportation fees may apply to certain parcels.
