Afternoon collection:
If you schedule a collection after 12 PM, the pick up the parcel within 30 minutes, meaning if you schedule a collection at 12.30PM, the latest we will come to pick up your shipment would be 1PM.
Morning collection:
If you schedule a collection at 12PM, the collection window will be one hour. If you schedule a collection in the morning, we will always pick up your parcels by 1PM.

If you are looking to send a time-sensitive parcel, the morning delivery service is your best option. A parcel is delivered by 10:30AM the next business day to most business areas within the UK.
As a more economical express option, go with a delivery by 12PM the next business day.

You can send the same type of parcel with our Express services as with any other service. There are no weight or size restrictions on items sent via Express services, however rules and regulations apply for dangerous and prohibited goods. Please refer the Dangerous/Prohibited Goods FAQ section.
Tracking your shipment is easy. Simply go to our tracking page, type in the tracking number of the parcel (all tracking numbers start with 1Z) and you’ll see the latest status of your shipments.
If you select a time and day-definite delivery service, a money-back guarantee is included in the price. With this, you receive an extra commitment on the delivery time and an added assurance that, if your parcel arrives late (unless due to events beyond our control), the shipping costs will be refunded or credited.
For situations where you wish to ensure that your parcel is being delivered on time (something that UPS is proud to be doing anyhow), you can select the option that includes a money-back guarantee.
A few considerations to take into account with the money-back guarantee:
- The refund/credit will be net of any VAT, duties, taxes or levies;
- A refund/credit can only be issued if the shipping label was placed correctly on the parcel to ensure the barcode and delivery details are clear;
- Any documentation required by the origin and/or destination and/or transit country must be fully and accurately completed and included with the parcel;
- The parcel must have been tendered to UPS on or before the latest collection time specified by us for guaranteed delivery
