If you value convenience and/or don’t want to wait for our driver to come and pick up your parcel from your office, choose our drop-off locations, also known as UPS Access Point locations, to drop-off your parcels.
These are local stores around your neighbourhood where you can drop off parcels when it fits into your schedule. Your parcels will be picked up from those locations and will be delivered to their final destination in Australia
As with any other international shipment outside of the EU, your parcels to Australia will need to go through customs, which means you are required to supply documentation such as a commercial invoice and import tax documents.
As an isolated island, Australia has particularly tight controls on goods with ‘natural’ fibers, so clear labeling of textiles with their country of origin is an absolute must. Along with the value of the goods (individual & total), the commercial invoice must state the material composition of the item, country of origin and a clear description.
Errors and non-compliance can result in delays and penalties, so be sure to check all customs requirements for your goods accurately to avoid any unnecessary hold-ups and fees.
