This quick view of your high-priority shipments gives you round-the-clock control and improved flexibility, allowing you to reduce delays, better serve your customers and enjoy greater peace of mind.
You can request SMS Tracking with your mobile device*. Registered users can share tracking updates with up to five phone numbers. When you're tracking a package, select 'Request Status Updates' to opt in to SMS Tracking. You will need to do this for each shipment you'd like to monitor closely.
All you need is a text messaging-enabled mobile device*. Just text your country keyword followed by your city or postal code to your country SMS number.
If you're looking for added tracking and scheduling flexibility, UPS My Choice® sends delivery alerts directly to your mobile device. This lets you plan your schedule and make changes to shipments going to your home no matter where you are.
