Personalise and take control of your delivery experience

UPS My Choice® lets you personalise how, where and when home deliveries happen, to fit your schedule. You can set delivery alert preferences, request delivery holds while you’re on holiday, change the delivery address or redirect your parcel to a UPS Access Point® location, as well as receive an estimated delivery window via progress alerts.

  • Set up delivery alerts via SMS or email, and receive estimated delivery windows

  • Track all your incoming parcels with our online delivery planner

  • Receive delivery alerts and manage your deliveries with the UPS Mobile App

  • Reroute or reschedule your deliveries with a range of options, including delivery to another address *

  • Designate where you’d like the UPS driver to always leave your parcels when you’re not home (e.g. porch, UPS Access Point®)*

  • Ask UPS to hold your deliveries while you are on holiday*

* Requires members to add their name and address to their membership profile. Verification of name and address is required in some countries.
