UPS operations continue, with daily collections and deliveries, except where constrained by government restrictions.
Effective 16 August 2021, the procedure of obtaining a physical signature for all Signature Required and Adult Signature Required deliveries is reinstated in Europe.
Due to government safety measures, some UPS Expedited shipments from European origins to the U.S. may experience delays. While these measures are beyond UPS’s control, we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact for our customers. We encourage you to use the UPS Express portfolio for your time-sensitive shipments.
Due to regional outbreaks of Coronavirus, some shipments to and from certain countries in the Asia Pacific region may experience temporary delays as result of local government restrictions.
From 6 September, 2021, until further notice, UPS pickup and delivery services in certain areas of Vietnam are temporarily suspended.

Reinstatement of UPS Money Back Guarantee

Summary (Last Updated: 06/08/2021; 8:42) Service relaxation for UPS Standard shipments from Great Britain to Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal
Effective 9 August, UPS will add an additional four days in transit for UPS Standard shipments from Great Britain to Luxembourg, and an additional day in transit for UPS Standard shipments from Great Britain to Portugal. This reflects adjustments that UPS has been required to make to its ground network as a result of the new trading relationship between the EU and the UK.
Effective 10 May, UPS has added an additional day in transit for UPS Standard shipments from Great Britain to Germany. This reflects the additional time currently required to clear shipments through German customs, due to increased volumes and shipments arriving with incomplete documentation. Please ensure a complete and accurate commercial invoice is provided for all shipments between Great Britain and the European Union.
