When will I get a response from the UPS Developer Kit technical support team?

Whether submitted by phone or email, UPS's goal is to respond to all Application Programming Interface (API) concerns within one working day of receipt.

Based on the complexity of the question or nature of the problem, your API concern may need to be escalated to the next level. If that should that happen, you will be notified by e-mail as to the status of your request.
