There are special stipulations on the following commodities when shipping to Cayman Islands. If you plan to ship one of the commodities listed below, be sure to adhere to the following stipulations in order to avoid delays and holds at customs.
- "Import of Alcoholic beverages into Cayman Islands is permitted via ISC contract service.
Business to consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) shipments are allowed into Cayman Islands. Beer, wine and spirits (liquor).
For B2B alcohol shipments into Cayman Islands, the consignee must possess a Liquor Distribution License and a valid Trade & Business License.
For B2C alcohol shipments there is a maximum of 2 liters per shipment."
- Prescriptions for personal use require an invoice and a prescription.
An Import License is required for commercial shipments of medicine. The Prescription has to accompany the package. However, it is not required to be on the outside of the package. It is acceptable to be included inside the package.
