Prohibited or Restricted Commodities

In addition to the prohibited commodities listed here, it is prohibited to ship the following commodities to Croatia.

Items or products made from animals are restricted in the UPS system and only allowed with a UPS ISC contract. CITES permit and additional restrictions may apply, please check with your local ISC Coordinator.

Animal products which require a veterinary inspection cannot be cleared by UPS or alternate broker. The veterinary inspection has to take place at the point of entry in Croatia and UPS faces here severe limitations regarding import of food and animal products from non-EU countries.

Electronic Cigarettes can only be shipped with an International Special Commodities (ISC) contract.

An Import License from the Ministry of Health may be required.

Personal Effects cannot be shipped between these countries
Tobacco and tobacco products are limited to 200 grams of tobacco per person per shipment per day.
