CampusShip Support - Organisational Examples

One Location - Few Users

An organisation with two Company Administrators, one location and few users. Users can be entered into the UPS CampusShip system by typing them in or by importing the user files.

Note: Group users by assigning them to the same shipping privilege set. A company location can be identified as a department or multiple departments sharing the same street address. This allows for maximum flexibility in organising and naming locations.

One Location - Many Users

An organisation with two Company Administrators, one location and many users. Users can be entered into the UPS CampusShip system by importing the user files.

Multiple Locations - Two Company Administrators

An organisation with two Company Administrators and multiple locations. Locations can be entered into the UPS CampusShip system by typing them in, users can be entered by typing them into the system or importing the user files.

Multiple Locations - Location Administrators

An organisation with two central Company Administrators, multiple locations and multiple Location Administrators. The Company Administrators can set up the Location Administrators and can import user files to enter users into the UPS CampusShip system. The Location Administrators can enter users into the system by typing them in or by importing them into locations they administer.
