  • How to provide us with your EU VAT registration number

If you have registered for an EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) number, we can store it in our UPS shipping systems, eliminating the need for you to provide this number each time you make a shipment. To do so, please complete and return below Power of Attorney (POA) document.

  • If you do not provide UPS with the Power of Attorney document, please ensure that your IOSS number is entered in your UPS shipping system for each shipment that meets the criteria.

  • Reduce your risk of customs delays

Please ensure complete and accurate shipping documentation is provided with each import into the EU. As part of the EU VAT Reforms, all imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and formal customs clearance. Therefore, any shipments with incomplete or inaccurate commercial invoices could face customs delays.

  • UPS Paperless Invoice can be used to submit commercial invoices and other customs documentation electronically, ensuring customs authorities can start clearing shipments before they reach the border.
