What is Excepted Quantity?

Excepted Quantity is a weight specification. Dangerous goods in Excepted Quantities prepared in accordance with IATA 2.6 or 49 CFR 173.4a are subject to regulations. For examples of Excepted Quantities, please see the guidelines.
