Description
Direct Delivery Only ensures that a package is delivered to the residential or commercial address you provide. This service stops recipients from redirecting packages and prevents our drivers from rerouting deliveries when recipients are not at home, that includes UPS Access Points.
Direct Delivery Only packages do not need a signature, so unless you choose to require one for shipment delivery these packages are eligible for Driver Release or Letter Box Release where available.
Packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to the shipper immediately.
