How To Edit Users

  1. Select the Administration tab, go to Manage Users, and select Search Users. The page that displays allows you to search for specific users by a user name (or User ID) that contains, starts with or matches your search phrase. Optional: You can filter your user search results by selecting More and entering up to five locations.
  2. The page refreshes with your search results. To quit your search, select Cancel.
  3. From the results, choose a specific user and select View/Edit.
  4. A user summary page displays. Select Edit next to any section you want to update. Edit the user's profile information (phone number or extension, shipping location or privilege) or the user's UPS CampusShip privilege information (travelling user status or administration authority).
  5. To change and store the user information, make sure that required fields in bold contain acceptable and accurate data, and then select Update. If the update requires more information, a prompt informs you which fields should be modified or completed.
  6. Select Continue when all edits are complete.

How To Delete a User

  1. Select the Administration tab, go to Manage Users, and select Search Users. The page that displays allows you to search for specific users by a user name (or User ID) that contains, starts with or matches your search phrase. Optional: To filter your user search results, enter up to five locations by selecting More.
  2. The page refreshes with your search results. To quit your search, select Cancel.
  3. From the results, choose a specific user and select Delete.
  4. A Delete Confirmation page displays. Select Delete to confirm the deletion.
