Summary (Last Updated: 24/11/2021; 4:00) Service impacts related to Coronavirus
Due to the closure of all non-essential retail locations until 17 December, some deliveries may be impacted. UPS will attempt to verify if a delivery location is closed before returning a parcel to sender. For parcels already delivered to impacted UPS Access Point locations prior to 22 November, where possible, UPS will re-attempt a residential delivery or return to sender. UPS tracking tools will indicate if a parcel is being returned due to a location being closed.
Due to enhanced pandemic safety protocols and containment measures, temporary service adjustments may impact shipments to and from certain countries in the Asia Pacific region.
For more details, please refer to the ‘Service adjustments related to Coronavirus’ update on the Asia-Pacific service alert page.
