Due to the closure of all non-essential retail locations until 17 December, some deliveries may be impacted. UPS will attempt to verify if a delivery location is closed before returning a parcel to sender. For parcels already delivered to impacted UPS Access Point locations prior to 22 November, where possible, UPS will re-attempt a residential delivery or return to sender. UPS tracking tools will indicate if a parcel is being returned due to a location being closed.
