How to Enrol in Saturday Collection

  • Step 1: Log In to Your Account
    Once in the “Manage Collections” dashboard, ensure the applicable account is selected. Click on “Collection Settings”.
  • Step 2: Select Recurring Collection
    Under “Collection Options”, with your weekday collection option selected, select on “Request a Saturday Driver Collection”.
  • Step 3: Add Collection Details
    Fill out your preferred collection times and driver instructions, if applicable. Click “Save”.* You have the option to request a commercial delivery with your Saturday collection.

Does UPS pick up and deliver on weekends, including Saturday and Sunday?
UPS offers Monday through Saturday services for residential and commercial parcels. However, there are no collections nor deliveries on Sunday.
What time does UPS collect parcels?
For Saturday Collection, UPS will collect your parcel(s) within the selected window upon scheduling your recurring or One-Time Collection.
Are there additional fees for Saturday deliveries or collections?

Saturday Delivery:
For ground residential delivery parcels, there are no additional fees. For Saturday ground commercial delivery parcels, there is an additional parcel fee. There is no delivery charge if a customer enrols in commercial delivery services with a scheduled Saturday collection.

Saturday Collections must match your Monday through Friday collection type, except if it is a One-Time Collection.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery on Saturday?
In many areas, UPS will simply leave the shipment on your doorstep. You always have the option of registering for UPS My Choice®, which allows you to select customised delivery days and times to ensure you or someone will be home when your parcel arrives.
How do I change my collection preferences?

To access and update your collection preferences:

  1. Go to your UPS Collection Dashboard and log in if you have not already.
  2. Choose your account from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on “Collection Settings”, then “Collection Options”.
  4. View or update collection type and time options.
