If you attempt to send data to UPS and the transmission fails (the status bar displays Data Not Sent), follow these steps to resend your data:
- Display the Pickup Log (History) window.
- In the UPS Pickups list, click on the shipment group for which you want to send data.
- On the Support tab, select Resend Data. (Note: After highlighting the shipment group and sending the data to UPS, all pending shipment data for prior dates will transmit at once, therefore it is only necessary to Send Data to UPS one time.)
