What to do if you receive a UPS InfoNotice

First, look on the UPS InfoNotice® to see if any instructional boxes are checked. You may be able to sign the back of the UPS InfoNotice, authorizing the driver to leave your shipment. Or, in the comments section, you may designate another address where the shipment should be delivered.

To change your delivery options or give us other instructions, simply select the Track Your Shipment link below. Enter your 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers field, and select the Track button. This will take you to the Tracking Summary page. On the Tracking Summary page, select the Change Delivery button:

  • Will Call: Hold the shipment for pickup
  • Deliver to Another Address: Reroute the shipment to a new address
  • Reschedule Delivery: Hold the shipment for delivery on a future date
  • Return to Sender: Return the shipment to the sender

Make your selection and choose the Next button. Regardless of your selection of delivery option, UPS requires additional information to complete delivery. Complete the required forms and select Finish. UPS will then send you a Confirmation page that you can print for your records.

If you need to change the delivery options for your package before the first delivery attempt, please contact the shipper for alternate arrangements.

A fee is assessed for all types of Delivery Change Requests except for Will Call and Return to Sender. You will only be charged if your request is completed. For more information, select the link below.
