How do I void a shipment in UPS Internet Shipping?
To void a shipment:

  1. Select Shipping at the top of the page.
  2. Select View History or Void Shipment under the Create a Shipment area in the navigation area to the left.
    Note: If the new shipment you want to void does not appear in your history, wait several minutes and refresh the screen.
  3. Locate the shipment to be voided, select the radio button next to the shipment, and select Void Shipment.
  4. The shipment and all packages in the shipment will be voided and a red dot will appear next to the shipment. You can void packages from your Shipping History up to 90 days of processing the package.
