Your My UPS Profile contains the name and address from your My UPS Registration. Each time you process a new shipment with the Create a Shipment application, the shipper name and address and the ship from location will default to this information. You can permanently modify the name and address in your My UPS Profile as necessary.
How To Edit Your Profile
- Log in to My UPS.
- Select Profile from the My UPS tab rollover menu.
- Modify the profile information.
- Select Update.
