UPS Billing Data notifications are sent to the e-mail address listed in your My UPS profile. To change the e-mail address that receives a notification when a new UPS Billing Data file is available, you will need to update the e-mail address in your My UPS profile.
To change the e-mail address in your My UPS profile:
- Log in to My UPS.
- Select Profile from the My UPS tab rollover menu.
- In the E-mail field, enter the e-mail address where you would like to receive the UPS Billing Data notifications.
- Select Update.
Once your My UPS profile has been updated with the new e-mail address, your UPS Billing Data notifications will be sent to the new e-mail address.
