Quick List
After processing your order, you can add each preprinted form to your Quick List. The next time you need preprinted forms, these items will appear in your Quick List for quick and easy ordering. Up to 10 preprinted forms may be stored.

How To Add Items to Your Preprinted Form or Supply Order Quick List
  1. Log into My UPS.
  2. Select Shipping in the area at the top.
  3. Select Order Supplies in the area at left.
  4. Select a UPS Account number.
  5. Select the appropriate category of supplies.
  6. Select the desired items and quantities, and place a check in the Update Supplies Order box.
  7. Select the Add Selected to Your Order button.
  8. Go back to the top of the page and select the View Your Supplies Order link.
  9. Submit your order.
  10. On the Supplies Confirmation or Preprinted Form Confirmation page, select the items you want to add to your Quick List by checking the corresponding Add to Quick List box.
  11. Select Update Quick List.

How To Remove Items From Your Supply Order Quick List
You can remove Quick List items from either the Order Supplies page or the Verify Order page.

  1. Select the item you wish to remove.
  2. Select Remove Quick List Items.

How To Reorder Quick List Items
  1. Select the item you wish to reorder from the Order Supplies or the Order Preprinted Forms page.
  2. Select Reorder Quick List Items.
  3. For preprinted forms, select More under Current Order Form Details to review the customized information.
  4. Edit the information as necessary and select Continue.
  5. Select Submit.
