UPS My Choice® Members and Premium Members, receive delivery alerts for all eligible home deliveries. And for those times when you won't be home to greet your UPS driver, you can reschedule, redirect, or have your packages delivered The UPS Store® or to a UPS Access PointTM location.

More UPS My Choice Features

Vacation Options:

UPS My Choice Members can have packages held at a UPS Access PointTM location or delivered up to two weeks after their return.

Security Code:

UPS My Choice Members and Premium Members living in a gated community or secured apartment building can provide a security access code for their UPS driver.

Upgrade UPS SurePost Packages to UPS Ground:

UPS My Choice Premium Members can receive free upgrade to UPS Ground for all eligible UPS SurePost® packages.

UPS My Choice Members can upgrade eligible UPS SurePost packages to UPS Ground for an additional fee.

Once a package is upgraded, Members and Premium Members can use the features available with their UPS My Choice Membership to reschedule or reroute deliveries to The UPS Store® or a UPS Access PointTM location. And packages upgraded to UPS Ground service typically arrive one day earlier.

Note: After you successfully complete the registration process, you may have to wait up to five minutes before you can reroute or reschedule the delivery of your package.
