How do I void a shipment that was billed but never shipped?
With UPS Internet Shipping, CampusShip, and UPS OnLineTM Tools, you can void a shipment through Shipping History within 90 days of creating the label. Simply log in to My UPS, select View History or Void Shipment from the Shipping tab, check the shipment you want to void, and select Void Shipment.

If you are a WorldShip user and have not yet run your End of Day report, simply select Void in the toolbar, select the package to void, and then select Void again.  If you have already run your End of Day report, find the processing date of the package you want to void, select the package, and select Void in the toolbar. From there you'll be sent to UPS.com to complete the void. Simply select Continue on the Void a Shipment screen.

In all cases, if more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void.  A void will not be processed after 180 days.
