To access Manage Inbound Charges, select the link below.
Note: If you are not already logged in to My UPS, you will be prompted to enter your My UPS User ID and password to log in.
Then, follow these steps:
- Select "Add Invoice Accounts" or "View Invoice Accounts."
Note: You will be required to authenticate your account, using information from a recent invoice.
- Select "New Shipper Account Exceptions." Establish from which accounts you will accept or deny charges.
