Changing Your Password
After you change your My UPS password, you can start using it right away. When selecting a new password be sure that it will be memorable to you, but not easy for anyone else to guess. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

 How To Change Your Password

  1. Log in to My UPS.
  2. Select Login Settings from the My UPS tab rollover menu.
  3. Select the Change Password link.
  4. Your password must be between 8 and 26 characters long. It must contain at least 3 of the following types: lowercase letters, capital letters, numerals, special characters, or spaces (Example: ABCdef#123). The password may not contain your User ID, your name, or your e-mail address.
  5. Re-enter the new password.
  6. Select Change Password.
