Downloading Quantum View Data Files
Quantum View Data updates are posted to the file download page as shipment information changes, up to 24 times a day. Files are downloaded in the format you specified during the sign-up process. You can change the file format on the Inbound and Outbound Subscriptions page. The size of your files and the specific data elements they contain will depend on the Service Options you choose. There is no limit to the size of a requested download. You should expect download times to increase with the size of the downloaded files.

For help using flat files, download the Flat File Guide on the Quantum View Data - Inbound and Quantum View Data - Outbound Download page.

For help using CSV files, download the CSV File Guide on the Quantum View Data - Inbound and Quantum View Data - Outbound Download page. The Guide shows all of the data elements present in a CSV file, and describes the content and placement of each.

The File Guides can be obtained from the Downloads page, which you may access by logging into ups.com. From the homepage, log in with your My UPS account, then click the My UPS button. Click the Quantum View Data - Outbound link listed under UPS Visibility Services on this page, then click the Downloads link in the Learn More box on the next page.

Note: Files are available for download for up to seven days. After seven days, you will no longer be able to view and access files over seven days old.
