Due to the change in the custom clearance process by the Bangalore Custom Authorities, please note that service delay will be expected at Bangalore Airport for import shipments to Bangalore, India until further notice.

The following documents are required from importers for custom clearance with immediate effect:

  • Know your customer (KYC) form
  • Authorization letter

UPS is working closely with the Bangalore Custom Authorities to minimize any potential impact to customers' shipments and will actively communicate updates to our customers.
