A UPS InfoNoticeSM is left by the UPS driver to indicate that a delivery has been attempted. The InfoNotice number, located above the barcode, enables you to track your shipment, confirm delivery, reschedule the delivery date, arrange to collect your shipment at a UPS Customer Centre, have your shipment delivered to a different address or return the shipment to the sender. Select the Tracking tab, enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking Numbers field and follow the instructions.
If the shipments were C.O.D. or Signature Required, refer to boxes checked by your UPS driver on the UPS InfoNotice. If the UPS driver was able to leave your shipment at an alternate location, your UPS InfoNotice indicates where the shipment was left (for example, your garage or back porch). If a shipment collection was attempted and you were not available, your UPS InfoNotice indicates the next collection date and time.
