Yes, if you’re a UPS My Choice member, UPS Access Point locations can hold your parcel for up to ten calendar days at no additional charge. Customer centres can hold your parcel for up to five working days.
If it’s more convenient, you can also leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on the final location, transportation fees may apply.
