WorldShip Windows®11 Compatibility

Certain Microsoft® Edge web browser settings will prevent WorldShip links from opening correctly when using Windows 11. If using Windows 11, ensure your Default Browser setting “Let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge” is set to “Incompatible sites only” so links from WorldShip continue to work as intended. If you experience issues and notice the default setting is set to “Always”, open Edge and change the setting back to ‘Incompatible”.

Exploring WorldShip: Providing Shipment Notifications to Customers

Using Quantum View Notify in WorldShip you can provide up to 5 recipients an email notification detailing the status of a shipment or parcel. There are 3 types of notifications you can add to a parcel or shipment:

  • Shipment Notification – Alert the recipient when UPS receives the parcel or shipment information
  • Delivery Notification – Alert the recipient about the delivery of a shipment, including the date, time, and name of the recipient
  • Exception Notification – Alert the recipient when a delivery date has been rescheduled. In multi-piece shipments, recipient(s) receive one email per parcel with an exception
