How To Void a UPS.com Shipment

Within 90 days of creating your shipping label on UPS.com, you can void your shipment. Shipments can only be voided if they were created or billed using a UPS shipping account number.

  • Log In to UPS.com and View Your Shipping History.
  • Select the vertical ellipsis icon to open the Actions menu.
  • Select 'Void'.
  • Once you've successfully voided the package, a red dot will appear next to the package in the Voided column.

Keep in Mind

If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.
