If a mistake has been made in the address, we will make every reasonable effort to find the correct address and deliver the shipment if it is within the same destination country. An additional charge for this service will be billed to the shipper. You can view the address correction charges in the Additional Charges table.
UPS carbon neutral is an option for shippers who are conscious about their climate impact and are doing something positive about it. Using UPS carbon neutral lets you demonstrate your commitment to climate change, and enables you and your package recipients to share in that commitment. When you select UPS carbon neutral, a flat fee will be added to your bill for each package selected.
UPS provides delivery service to and UPS On-Call Pickup service from, residential addresses as well as business addresses. A residential address is a home, including a business operating out of a home. For each residential delivery or UPS On-Call Pickup request, the Residential Surcharge applies.

For shipments traveling via UPS Express® Early, UPS Worldwide Express Plus®, UPS Worldwide Express®, UPS Express®, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS Expedited or UPS 3 Day Select® and you save even more as there is no charge for routine customs clearance when UPS handles your imports or UPS Supply Chain Solutions® handles your exports.

Extended Area Surcharge
UPS provides a pickup delivery service in extended, as well as urban, areas. An additional charge applies for each shipment that is picked up or delivered in an extended area.
If a shipper inadvertently selects UPS Express® Early or UPS Worldwide Express Plus® service for a delivery destination that is not a UPS Express Early or UPS Worldwide Express Plus service point, UPS will provide the next-best level of service available. If the shipper later wishes to have their UPS bill adjusted to the lower level of service, the above administration fee will apply.
An Additional charge will apply for domestic shipments delivered to certain postal codes within Canada.

ARS is a contractual service that allows the account holder to order pre-printed return labels to send to their customers. Upon delivery of the returned package, the account holder is billed at the ARS rate agreed upon in the contract.
Utilizing UPS Automated Shipping Solutions, the requester transmits a request for UPS to produce this return label and take the label to the pickup location to attempt pickup. If the package is not ready at the time of the attempt, the label will be left for the customer to send the package later. Using this return service, the maximum Declared Value that can be made is $999CAD per package.
Domestic packages refused by consignees, or that cannot be delivered for any other reason beyond UPS's control, will be automatically returned via UPS Standard service (where available). Transportation and fuel charges will apply for the return.
U.S. and International packages refused by consignees, or that cannot be delivered for any other reason, will be held by UPS. The shipper will then be contacted for further instructions. An undeliverable returns surcharge will be applied in addition to other applicable charges. See table above for Special Handling of Undeliverable Packages rate.
International packages that cannot be delivered and returned to the country of origin will be assessed the Undeliverable International Shipment Return Surcharge in addition to return shipping charges including, but not limited to, transportation, fuel surcharge and applicable duty and tax.
Utilizing UPS Automated Shipping Solutions, the requester transmits a request for UPS to produce this return label and take the label to the pickup location to attempt pickup. If the package is not ready at the time of the attempt, the return label will NOT be left with the customer. Instead, UPS will attempt pickup on each of the two following business days. Using this return service, the maximum Declared Value that can be made is $50,000CAD per package.

Additional Handling will not be assessed to packages qualifying for a Large Package Surcharge.
UPS also reserves the right to assess the Additional Handling Charge for any package that, in UPS's sole discretion, requires special handling.
Packages with an actual weight of more than 150 pounds (70 kg), or that exceed 108 inches (274 cm) in length or a total of 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined, as measured to determine their billable weight, are not accepted for transportation. These packages are subject to an Over Maximum Limits surcharge, in addition to all other applicable charges, if found in the UPS small package system.

UPS Worldwide Express Freight®
An Oversize Pallet Handling Surcharge is applied to any UPS Worldwide Express Freight pallet when its dimensions exceed the maximum size or weight restrictions (which vary by origin and destination) as set forth at ups.com/palletmaximums.
Domestic: A package is considered a “Large Package” when its length (longest side of the package) plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 in./330 cm or its length exceeds 96 in./244 cm.
Non Domestic: A Large Package Surcharge will be applied to each package when its length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 in./330 cm.
An Additional Handling charge will not be assessed when a Large Package Surcharge is applied.
Large packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 lbs./41 kg in addition to the Large Package Surcharge.
