Summary: Service Alert due to Tropical Storm Fiona
Pickup and delivery service to Prince Edward Island, and areas of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia may be impacted in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Fiona.
UPS continues to closely monitor the situation and we have implemented contingency plans to serve areas where safe access allows and as roads and ferry service become accessible.

The UPS Service Guarantee was reinstated as of April 5, 2021 for domestic Canada, Inbound and outbound U.S. and Worldwide UPS premium air services (UPS Express® Early, UPS Express plus™, UPS Express®, UPS Express® Saver, UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday and UPS Worldwide Express Freight®). The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other services until further notice.
Canada origin Collect on Delivery (COD) service remains suspended. Customers receiving international packages with import charges due are to pay online by tracking their package on ups.com or through UPS My Choice®.
