Effective April 5, 2021 the UPS Service Guarantee is reinstated for domestic Canada, inbound and outbound U.S. and Worldwide UPS premium air services (UPS Express® Early, UPS Express Plus™, UPS Express®, UPS Express® Saver, UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday and UPS Worldwide Express Freight®). The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other services until further notice.
Physical Distancing protocols remain in effect. Signatures will not be required at time of delivery and all Canada origin Collect on Delivery (COD) service remains suspended. Customers receiving international packages with import charges due are to pay online by tracking their package on ups.com or through UPS My Choice®. Select UPS Customer counters remain closed and shipments will be routed to a nearby UPS Access Point® location.
