UPS is Open for Business
UPS operations continue with daily pick-ups and deliveries. Normal committed operating days have resumed across the country, except where constrained by government restrictions. On-call pick up requests for UPS Domestic Standard service must be made at least one day in advance.
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
Physical Distancing protocols remain in effect. Signatures will not be required at time of delivery and all Canada origin Collect on Delivery (COD) service remains suspended. Customers receiving international packages with import charges due are to pay online by tracking their package on ups.com or through UPS My Choice®. Select UPS Customer counters remain closed and shipments will be routed to a nearby UPS Access Point® location.
