Yes, we can hold your eligible packages at The UPS Store, a UPS customer centre, a UPS Access Point™ location or at one of our partner retail locations.
If you are a UPS My Choice® member, The UPS Store and other UPS Access Point locations can hold your package for up to seven calendar days. Customer centres can hold your package for up to five business days. Both of these options are free.
If it’s more convenient, you can also leave your package with a neighbour or, in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on final location, transportation fees may apply.
You can request a hold after the first or second delivery attempt with your UPS InfoNotice™ . Choose that option on your notice and place it back in the same location where the driver originally left it. After a third delivery attempt, we will return the package to the sender.
You can use your UPS InfoNotice number online to request a hold on packages.
Give your customers flexibility and security with the reliable and convenient pickup options at UPS Access Point™ locations.
