Address Books

Create Entries

Select the My Settings tab and go to Create/Add Address under Corporate Address Book.

Import Address Books

Rather than manually entering individual addresses, an Administrator can import a file to add to an existing Address Book or write over a list of existing addresses.

Export Address Books

Rather than manually modifying individual addresses in your address books, an administrator can export address information to a file and modify multiple records.

Edit/Delete Entries

You may edit or delete address information stored in your company's Corporate Address Book or your personal UPS Address Book.

External Address Book

Before you can select addresses from your external address book, you must download and install the External Address Book Plugin.
