UPS Canada Accessibility Plan and Progress
Our Commitment to Accessibility
UPS Canada affirms its commitment to fostering an accessible and inclusive society for all individuals.
In accordance with the Accessible Canada Act, enacted in 2019 with the objective of achieving a barrier‑free Canada by January 1, 2040, we have established a comprehensive accessibility plan designed to identify, prevent and remove barriers experienced by persons with disabilities.
This plan addresses accessibility considerations within our public service delivery, employment practices and physical environment. We regard accessibility not only as a statutory obligation, but as an essential component of our corporate values and organizational mission.
We encourage you to review our accessibility plan, which details our objectives, strategic initiatives and implementation timelines aimed at advancing accessibility across all facets of our operations.
